Village
The Village Le Mimose is open all year. It's located on the seafront of Porto Sant'Elpidio, on the adriatic coast, directly on the beach (private and free), with a total surface of 30.000 square meters.

4 mobile houses provided with a large pergola. All the houses are equipped with telephone. The bungalows and mobile homes are equipped with telephone, bathroom with hot water, kitchen top with 2 burners, fridge, crockery, pots and cutlery. It is supplied with bed linen changed weekly. No representation is made kitchen linen and towels. Supplement of € 8.00 per bed per day. The cleaning of the kitchen must be made by the customer, otherwise the direction will charge an amount equal to Euro 30.00 for the performance of the service.

Inside the courtyard is a wooden pavilion, an octagonal, for meetings, conferences, exhibitions, birthday parties and dances.
