LOCATION
The Villaggio Camping GEMMA is located on the Fermano coast, right on the sea and away from the railroad tracks, in a location ideal for exploring some of the most interesting towns in the Marche region. Just 5 minutes from the campground lies Torre di Palme, a medieval village offering panoramic views of the Adriatic coast. Other notable destinations in the surrounding area include Fermo, Recanati, Loreto, Ascoli Piceno, and the Frasassi Caves. Fermo is a historic town with ancient roots, while Recanati is known as the birthplace of Giacomo Leopardi. Loreto is an important pilgrimage destination thanks to the Holy House of Mary of Nazareth; Ascoli Piceno, on the other hand, is described as the city of white stone and a hundred towers. The Frasassi Caves, located in Genga within the Gola Rossa Regional Nature Park, are a complex of underground karst caves designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

ACCOMMODATIONS
For your stay, Villaggio Camping GEMMA offers spacious, shaded campsites for tents, trailers, and RVs, right on the beach. The new campsites measure 60 m². Various types of accommodations are also available. The brick bungalows, approximately 30 m² for 2 guests include a double bedroom, a kitchenette with refrigerator and freezer, a full bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, and shower, a veranda with table and chairs, a TV, and air conditioning. The approximately 35 m² version for 3 guests adds a living area with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, while retaining the full bathroom and veranda.

There is also a 40 m² for 4–6 guests, featuring a double bedroom, a living area with a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, a sofa bed, a full bathroom, and a veranda with a table and chairs, as well as a TV and air conditioning. The one-room bungalow of approximately 20 m² for 4 guests, on the other hand, consists of a single open space with a double bed and a bunk bed, a full bathroom, an enclosed outdoor kitchenette with a refrigerator and freezer, and a veranda with a table and chairs.

The brick apartments, approximately 30 m² in size, are located at the entrance to the property, on the ground floor, and on the first floor. They differ from one another in their internal and external layout and feature a kitchenette with a refrigerator and freezer, as well as a bathroom with a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower. Also available are the attic apartments, including a unit without a kitchenette measuring approximately 20 m² for 4 guests—which is equivalent to a prefabricated bungalow with a double bed, bunk beds, a full bathroom, an enclosed outdoor kitchenette, and a veranda—and an option with a kitchenette of approximately 30 m², equivalent to the brick apartments described.

AMENITIES
Within the GEMMA Camping Village, guests can enjoy entertainment, with activities dedicated to children, teens, and adults. There are mini-clubs, creative activities, games, baby dance, sports tournaments, theme nights, and dances. The resort also features a swimming pool, a playground, a bar, a restaurant and pizzeria, and a mini-market. The restaurant offers seafood and meat specialties as well as pizzas, with takeout also available. The mini-market allows guests to purchase fresh, high-quality groceries without having to drive.

The property is located right on the beach, with no need to cross any roads. The shoreline consists of gravel with some sandy stretches and a shallow, gently sloping seabed, making it ideal for children. Guests can choose between a public beach and a fully equipped beach club.

ACTIVITIES AND ENTERTAINMENT
You can enjoy your stay by participating in the entertainment program or by opting for a more relaxing vacation. Children can participate in the activities of the mini-club, games, and the kids’ dance show, while older children can take part in sports tournaments. Games, theme nights, and dances are organized for everyone.The beachfront location also allows guests to enjoy the beach, swimming, and relaxing by the pool.
