LOCATION
The Villaggio Verde Cupra is located in Cupra Marittima, in the southern part of the Marche region, in the province of Ascoli Piceno, within the Riviera delle Palme, alongside the nearby towns of Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto. The resort is located approximately 1 km from the beach in Cupra Marittima, 4 km from Grottammare, and 10 km from the center of San Benedetto del Tronto. The resort extends over a green area of 22,000 square meters, featuring pine trees, eucalyptus trees, tamarisk trees, and oaks. This location allows guests to reach the beach on foot, by bike, by car, or by using the shuttle bus provided for guests. Nearby attractions also include the coastal bike path, the marina in San Benedetto del Tronto, a sailing and windsurfing school 1.5 km away, a go-kart track 16 km away, and a golf course with footgolf facilities 12 km away. Cupra Marittima is accessible by car thanks to its proximity to the A14 highway and offers train and bus connections.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Villaggio Verde Cupra offers various types of accommodations. The 28 air-conditioned rooms are simple and cozy and include standard double or twin rooms, standard triple rooms, double rooms with a pool view, quadruple rooms, and family rooms consisting of two connecting rooms with a shared bathroom. Some feature a balcony or terrace, while the recently renovated pool-view rooms also come equipped with a small refrigerator. All rooms feature a private bathroom with a shower stall, a hair dryer, an LED TV, and individually controlled air conditioning. Three rooms do not have a bidet, and one of these is accessible to people with disabilities. For families with young children, a fully equipped family room is available, featuring a corner equipped with an electric hotplate and refrigerator.

There are also newly built apartments for 2–4 people, equipped with air conditioning and a covered, reserved parking space. One apartment and two bungalows are equipped for people with disabilities. In the camping area, there are bungalows and mobile homes surrounded by greenery, pet-friendly, with a large shaded veranda, outdoor table and chairs, a clothesline, a reserved parking space, and air conditioning, with the exception of the prefabricated bungalows. The latter are constructed with thermal insulation panels. Also available are equipped sites for trailers and RVs, equipped with hookups for electricity and water, and unequipped sites for tents.

FACILITIES
The resort is family-run and features a swimming pool, a multipurpose synthetic turf field for soccer and tennis, parking, and free Wi-Fi. Each accommodation in the camping area has a reserved parking space. Guests can take advantage of the hotel services even when staying in bungalows, mobile homes, or apartments. A washing machine, dryer, and ironing board are available; the washing machine and dryer have a maximum capacity of 8 kg and are coin-operated. The restaurant also offers takeout meals to order for both lunch and dinner. The beach, which can also be reached via the resort shuttle service, requires a fee. Pets are not allowed in the rooms, while bungalows and mobile homes are pet-friendly. Finally, the property features a 22 kW wall box with a 5-meter cable and a T2 plug for charging electric vehicles.

ACTIVITIES AND ENTERTAINMENT
The swimming pool offers a space dedicated to relaxation, while the multi-purpose synthetic turf field is available during the day at no extra charge. During your stay, you can use the bicycles for excursions through the hilly countryside or to ride along the bike path that runs along the coast and crosses the Riviera delle Palme. The resort also organizes evening entertainment featuring local performers for adults and children. There are various leisure activities available in the surrounding area: the sailing and windsurfing school 1.5 km away welcomes adults and children, while a go-kart track is located 16 km away. The Adriatic Riviera also offers several dance clubs and nightclubs. The marina in San Benedetto del Tronto is another point of interest, as is the golf course with footgolf facilities located 12 km from the resort.
