The Villaggio Verde Cupra is located in the Marche region, surrounded by greenery and only one kilometer from the Adriatic Sea. Located in the town of Cupra Marittima, this quiet corner è the ideal for those seeking a relaxing yet close-to-nature vacation. The location è strategic: from here è it is easy to reach towns’d’art and charming villages of the Piceno region, as well as benefiting from the proximity to San Benedetto del Tronto, known for its marina and lively nightlife. Nearby, guests can discover the Riviera delle Palme by riding along the scenic bike path that runs along the coast, or explore the hinterland with its rolling hills and trails ideal for bicycle excursions.

LODGINGS
The Villaggio Verde Cupra offers different types of accommodations suitable for every need, from rooms to apartments, from bungalows to mobile homes, and even equipped camping pitches.

The rooms, a total of 28, are air-conditioned, some with terraces or balconies, and available in double/twin, triple or family communicating versions. They all have bathroom with shower stall, hair dryer, LED TV, independent air conditioning and, in some, refrigerator. One family room è equipped to accommodate infants with electric hot plate and refrigerator. Three rooms do not have bidets, one of which è is accessible to people with disabilities. Pets are not allowed in the room.

The air-conditioned apartments can accommodate 2 to 4 people, have a fully equipped kitchen, living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, large balconies and covered parking space. One apartment è accessible to people with disabilities.

The “Ponza” mobile homes (31 sq m) accommodate 4/5 people and include living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower stall without bidet, equipped veranda and parking space. The “Linosa” (18 sq m) for 3/4 people consist of double bedroom, living area with single bed and kitchenette, bathroom with shower, equipped veranda and parking space. In the latter there is no TV antenna connection.

The prefabricated 30 sq m three-room bungalows, with heat-insulated walls, offer two bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and outdoor veranda. The 36-square-meter brick three-room bungalows and the 27.5-square-meter bungalows are air-conditioned and include a full kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower, and furnished veranda. Some are accessible and many accept pets.

The camping pitches are equipped and have electricity and water supply columns.

SERVICES
The facility provides guests with a range of services designed to ensure comfort and relaxation. A daily shuttle connects the resort to the nearby fine sandy beach, excluding Sunday afternoons. At the restaurant è take-out dishes can be ordered for both lunch and dinner. The swimming pool is a’s wellness oasis with a whirlpool, while the synthetic-grass field allows you to play soccer and tennis during daylight hours at no extra charge.

Each accommodation has a reserved parking space. For those who want autonomy even while on vacation, there is a coin-operated washing machine, dryer and ironing board. The property è also has an electric charging station (22 kW wallbox with T2 plug).

At 12 km, sports enthusiasts can try their hand at the sea-view golf course, which also offers a footgolf option. For an adrenaline-pumping afternoon, 16 km è a go-kart track is available. The riviera è is also dotted with discos and clubs to suit all tastes, making for a lively stay even at night.

The nearby marina of San Benedetto del Tronto is another attraction, with its moored boats and pleasant promenade on the pier, particularly attractive on summer evenings.
