LOCATION
Camping La Mimosa is located in the Marche region, just a 5-minute drive from Fano, in the province of Pesaro and Urbino, and overlooks a stretch of sandy coastline along the Adriatic Sea. From the campground, you can reach its private beach of fine golden sand via a convenient 150-meter-long walking path. Fano also features the harbor and the historic center, both just a few minutes’ walk from the Acqua & Sale vacation home, located 50 meters from the sea.

ACCOMMODATIONS AND CAMPSITES
The property offers spacious camping sites, some with private restrooms and camper waste disposal stations. Accommodations include various types of three-room and four-room units, chalets, bungalows, and log cabins, as well as vacation homes.

The chalets are available in various configurations, sleeping 4 to 6 people, with a living room, kitchenette, master bedroom, and a smaller bedroom with one, two, or three beds, one or two private bathrooms, TV, and air conditioning, as well as a furnished veranda and, in some types, a small garden. Accommodations include Chalet Posidonia, Chalet Living, Chalet Girasole, Chalet Gelsomino, and Chalet Giglio.

The Casetta Gardenia is a three-room wooden cottage with a kitchenette, a master bedroom, a twin bedroom, a private bathroom, TV, air conditioning, and a furnished veranda. The Ginestra One- and Two-Bedroom Units are brick bungalows with a kitchenette, beds, private bathroom, TV, and air conditioning, featuring a furnished patio.

Also available are the vacation homes Acqua & Sale, La Mimosa Uno, and La Mimosa Due. Acqua & Sale is a townhouse located along a picturesque street in the port of Fano, while La Mimosa Uno and La Mimosa Due are located in Torrette di Fano and offer, in addition to the comforts of an apartment, access to the pool, children’s entertainment, a bar, a restaurant-pizzeria, and the fully equipped beach at Camping La Mimosa.

FACILITIES
Guests have access to a swimming pool for adults with a children’s pool and whirlpool, as well as a Jacuzzi tub. The property also offers a wellness service, featuring personalized massages. Rounding out the offerings are a restaurant and pizzeria, a bar, and a convenience store. The restaurant serves traditional seafood dishes, while the bar offers breakfast, snacks, and aperitifs.

The private beach provides guests with beach chairs and umbrellas.

ACTIVITIES AND ENTERTAINMENT
The entertainment program is designed for children, families, and adults and includes Mini Club, group games, creative workshops, sports tournaments, water activities, dancing, music, trivia, movies, karaoke, baby dance, and theme nights. The activities are organized as part of a weekly schedule designed to alternate entertainment with moments of relaxation.

The location also allows guests to enjoy the Adriatic Sea and visit Fano, with its harbor and historic center, while the resort’s beach offers a space dedicated to relaxation on the sandy shore.
