The S. Anastasia Camping Village is located right on the coast of Fondi, between Sperlonga and the Circeo Promontory, overlooking the Pontine Islands, along the picturesque Riviera di Ulisse. The resort is nestled among the Mediterranean dune vegetation and is located on a stretch of coastline that has been awarded the Blue Flag for 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. Its location, halfway between Rome and Naples, allows guests to explore a region rich in history, archaeology, traditions, and nature.

The Standard and Superior bungalows are ideal for families and feature air conditioning, a private patio, and accommodations for 4, 5, or 6 guests.

The property offers a wide range of dining options, including a à la carte and self-service restaurant, a wood-fired pizzeria, a pub, an ice cream bar, and a bar in the pool area. The restaurant, open for lunch and dinner, offers locally sourced meat and fish, reimagined traditional recipes, a children’s menu, a wide selection of local DOC wines, and dishes suitable for people with celiac disease. The pizzeria offers numerous specialties cooked in a wood-fired oven, while the pub serves sandwiches, beers, and snacks until late at night.

The Pool Area, overlooking the sea, features a semi-Olympic-sized pool, a children’s pool, a beach umbrella and lounge chair service, lifeguard supervision, and a poolside bar. In the evenings, it transforms into a space dedicated to live music, DJ sets, shows, and theme nights, reserved for Camping Village guests.

The entertainment program engages the whole family with daytime and evening activities. The Mini Club welcomes children ages 5 to 10, while the Junior Club is dedicated to teens ages 11 to 17 with games, sports, and organized activities. Adults can participate in the entertainment and evening events.

For sports enthusiasts, there are two tennis courts, two padel courts, a soccer field, a fitness area with ocean views, and activities such as water aerobics, hydrobike, as well as free fitness and tennis classes.
