LOCATION

The Camping Arcobaleno is located in Roseto degli Abruzzi, in the province of Teramo, in a quiet area south of town, right on the coast and about 100 meters from the beach. The campground covers 10,000 m² of green space, featuring poplar trees and vegetation typical of the Mediterranean scrub. The center of Roseto degli Abruzzi is about 1–1.5 km away, and there is a bike path along the coastline. This location also allows guests to enjoy the seaside in Roseto and explore the Abruzzo region, with the Gran Sasso d’Italia mountain range visible directly across from the town.

ACCOMMODATIONS

The campground features 100 campsites, all equipped with direct electrical hookups and suitable for tents, RVs, and trailers. The campsites are surrounded by greenery and are well shaded by tall poplar trees. Also available are bungalows for 2 to 6 people, surrounded by nature and furnished with separate bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower stall, an LCD TV with digital terrestrial and satellite connections, a small terrace, and a parking space. The bungalows do not have air conditioning because they do not need it.

AMENITIES

Within the Camping Arcobaleno there is a reserved parking lot, free hot showers, a well-stocked bar and market, a sun deck, and a children’s play area. Guests can also enjoy ping-pong tables, two pool tables, foosball, and video games, while the campground also offers various recreational activities. The campground also welcomes pets.

Across from the campground is a public beach reserved for guests, located about 100 meters from the entrance, with lifeguards and a rescue service. There is also a partner beach service at the Pura Vida beach club, about 30 meters from the entrance.

ACTIVITIES AND SURROUNDINGS

Your stay can be spent relaxing on the coast or enjoying outdoor activities. Roseto degli Abruzzi, also known as “Lido delle Rose”, offers a seaside promenade lined with palm and maritime pine trees, a romantic pier, beaches with shallow, sandy waters, and a variety of opportunities for sports, fitness, and walks. The town also features traditional markets and a small marina.

The sea at Roseto has long been one of the town’s main attractions, while the beach resorts also organize evenings featuring music and dancing. The area thus offers the opportunity to alternate between days at the beach, walks along the boardwalk, sports activities, and exploring the nature, art, and culture of the Teramo region of Abruzzo.
