LOCATION
Union Lido Terme will be built in Montegrotto Terme, in the province of Padua, in the heart of the Euganean Hills. It is scheduled to open in 2027.

THERMAL POOLS AND WATER PARK
The facility will feature a 40-meter multifunctional thermal pool reserved for guests aged 16 and older, complete with whirlpools, and a 25-meter, three-lane swimming pool. There will also be an indoor pool connected to the outdoor one, as well as an indoor and outdoor water park featuring slides, a spray park, and a play area. 

CAMPING SITES
The camping sites, designed for RVs, campers, and tents, will have private bathrooms. Some units will also feature a private thermal plunge pool. 

MOBILE HOMES
The Lake Lodges will be mobile homes overlooking the artificial lake and equipped with a private thermal plunge pool.

WELLNESS AND SERVICES
The Thiama Wellness area will include indoor pools at various temperatures, a sauna, a Turkish bath, relaxation areas, and herbal teas. There will also be a Fitness Center, yoga and Pilates classes, and treatments and massages at the Beauty Center. The Thiama Pool&SPA will be a pool area reserved for guests aged 16 and older, complete with a pool bar. 

SPORTS AND LEISURE
Planned activities include a gym, exercise and fitness classes, as well as attractions at the water park for adults and children.

The Euganean Hills region offers hiking and biking trails, ancient villages, villas, cities of art, nature trails, and food and wine tastings.
