The exclusive SkyView Chalets are located in Dobbiaco, in the heart of Val Pusteria, in Trentino-Alto Adige, in a prime location directly on the shores of Lake Dobbiaco. Totally immersed in nature, between the forest and the crystal-clear body of water, these chalets are harmoniously embedded in the Dolomite landscape, part of the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. Nearby you can easily reach the resorts of San Candido and Villabassa, as well as nature trails and bike paths ideal for exploring the mountains. 

SYSTEMS AND HOUSING UNITS
The property offers two types of accommodations: the SkyView Superior Chalets and the SkyView Deluxe Chalets, each 35 m² and designed to offer a experience exclusively for adults. The chalets are authentic “glass cubes” that allow you to sleep under the starry sky, combining comfort and design in a stunning natural setting.

The SkyView Chalet Superior è perfect for those who travel with their dogs and enjoy direct contact with nature. It has direct access to the forest and a private infrared sauna. Some chalets are reserved for those traveling with pets, with a maximum of one dog per unit, subject to availability.

The SkyView Chalet Deluxe è designed for those seeking a relaxing and romantic stay. It offers spectacular lake views, sunny viewing deck, private hot tub and infrared sauna. Both types of chalets combine privacy, scenery and well-being, fitting into an innovative and sustainable architectural context.

The property also has 5 types of pitches (from 50 to 130m2) and è organized on terraces, thus offering spaciousness and greater privacy, with direct views of the lake or the surrounding mountains. The pitches are well-maintained and all have electrical connections. Only in the Comfort type, the largest, drinking water loading and unloading are also provided. Guests can make use of modern and always clean sanitary facilities, located within a two-story structure. Here there are showers, toilets, laundry facilities with Miele washers and dryers for a fee, and a dog shower designed for those traveling with four-legged friends. È it is also possible to rent a private bathroom for added convenience and privacy.

SERVICES FOR GUESTS
Chalet guests can count on a range of exclusive services designed to ensure comfort and quality throughout their stay. Each morning a breakfast basket “Happy Morning” with organic and local products is served directly in the chalet. During the day, the restaurant-pizzeria Seeschupfe serves hearty local dishes and pizzas, while the Deli & Shop on the adjacent campsite offers a’wide selection of regional products and South Tyrolean specialties.

For wine enthusiasts, the underground wine cellar is a must-see: a selection of more than 500 labels and the opportunity to participate, upon request, in guided tastings with Andreas, a member of the Weinakademie.

The wellness area includes a public barrel sauna with a lake view, an experience shower and, in the Deluxe chalets, a private whirlpool. All chalets are also equipped with infrared saunas for total relaxation.

ACTIVITIESÀ AND ENTERTAINMENT
The experiences offered are designed for those seeking an authentic contact with the natural environment and an’atmosphere of calm and regeneration. In fact, organized entertainment is not è provided. In winter, guests can take advantage of a free shuttle service to the train station and convenient access to the ski slopes.

By reservation è it is possible to take part in a guided torchlight hike around Lake Dobbiaco, which ends with a convivial moment around a falò and a glass of mulled wineé. The surrounding area è is also perfect for walks, moments of contemplation by the lake or simply watching the night sky, thanks to the immersive stargazing experience offered by the chalets.
