POSITION
The Camping Essenza Alpina is nestled in over ten thousand square meters of forest, in a privileged location with panoramic views of the’Alpe Cimbra and the quaint town of Folgaria. The resort è è is surrounded by an amazing natural landscape of green meadows, lush forests, crystal-clear streams and wide horizons that differ from the’classic imagery of the Trentino mountains. Nearby are places of great cultural and historical interest, such as the forts and trenches of World War I, as well as the Base Tuono Museum in Passo Coe. There is no shortage of naturalistic destinations such as the alpine lake of Lavarone, the Rio Cavallo valley and the Echen biotope, along with hiking trails ranging from easy walks to challenging routes on the peaks of Becco di Filadonna, Monte Cornetto or Cima Vezzena. The ’area è also perfect for families, with dedicated trails for the little ones, such as the Vaia Dragon or the Trail of the ’Imaginary.

SETTINGS
Guests can choose from different types of pitches and chalets. Nature pitches allow direct contact with the forest, while Comfort pitches are located closer to the main services. Both are also available in XL version, with larger spaces to ensure maximum comfort.

The glamping is enhanced by modern and cozy chalets. The Spruce and Red Chalets can accommodate up to six people and feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of which is private), living area with kitchenette, sofa bed and panoramic terrace. Chalets Felce, perfect for couples or small families, offer a double bedroom, a’large living area with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and terrace with views of Folgaria. Finally, Chalet Betulla offers a touch of exclusivity: in the master bedroom there is a bathtub that gives an intimate and relaxing atmosphere; a living room with kitchenette, sofa bed, modern bathroom and panoramic terrace completes the accommodation. All chalets include bed and bath linens, kitchen accessories, modern appliances such as TV with Wi-Fi, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, as well as free Wi-Fi.

SERVICES
The campground offers numerous services to make your stay comfortable and versatile. At guests' disposal are reception, mini-market with typical products, bar with breakfasts, light lunches and evening aperitifs, laundry with washing machines and dryers, camper service and private bathrooms for rent. There are dedicated spaces for families and children, such as a mini-club area, nursery and junior club, as well as a ski-room and bike-room for sports equipment. Four-legged friends are welcome and can enjoy a’dedicated washing area. The facility provides e-bike and sports equipment rentals, free ski bus service to Folgaria and the slopes, as well as the Trentino Guest Card, which allows access to transportation and local attractions.

A real highlight è the wellness area with panoramic Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, cooling pool, treatments and massages by appointment. New for summer 2025 è the heated hot tub with panoramic solarium. The’airpool, which can also be booked for private use, gives a’unique experience of wellness in contact with nature.

ACTIVITIESÀ AND ENTERTAINMENT
The Essenza Alpina Camping è an ideal place for those who want to experience the mountains in all seasons. In winter, the Skiarea Alpe Cimbra offers 104 km of slopes, while in summer there are trekking and mountain bike routes, including the famous “100 Km dei Forti” route and two equipped bike parks. There is no shortage of cultural and historical routes, such as the Austro-Hungarian forts, the Maso Spilzi Ethnographic Museum and the painted village of Guardia. For those who enjoy alternative experiences, there are Lavarone Lake, the Honey Museum, Serrada Futurist and numerous refuges and mountain huts where you can taste the authentic flavors of Trentino.

For children, in addition to the indoor spaces of the facility, the area offers theme parks and creative trails such as the Wolf's Gorge and the Breath of the Trees. Adults can indulge in relaxing moments with the ritual of the Aufguss or intense sports experiences, while families will find a’full range of activities suitable for all ages.
