Camping Badlerhof
POSITION
In the heart of the Vinschgau Valley, between the imposing peaks of the Ortles mountain range and the famous orchards of South Tyrol, lies Camping Badlerhof, in Lasa, also known as the “marble village”. This resort, set in an authentic rural setting, is distinguished by the quality of its organic products and the cozy atmosphere of an Alpine village of about 4,000 inhabitants. Just above Lasa is mined the renowned white marble that has crossed national borders, even reaching New York. The campground is strategically located for exploring the beauty of the region: the Via Claudia Augusta bike path, which connects Lake Resia to Verona, passes directly in front of the facility. From here, you can easily reach the Stelvio National Park, the Prader Sand biotope, the archaeological trails in Val Senales, and numerous cultural sites, castles, and museums in the area.
SYSTEMS
The Badlerhof Campground offers well-maintained grassy pitches, all shaded by fruit trees and ornamental shrubs, perfect for stopping over even in the hottest months. Pitches differ in size: the “Standardplatz” up to 75 m², the “Komfortplatz” from 80 to 100 m² and the “Premiumplatz” from 105 to 120 m². Each pitch è is equipped with electricity connection, drinking water connection and sump for grey water drainage.
Inside the facility there are modern, bright sanitary facilities with individual showers equipped with washbasin and mirror. For children è a separate custom-built bathroom is provided, with a bathtub, showers, changing table, toilet and washbasins in baby size. A small wellness area enriches the’offer with a hot tub with waterfall (accessible from 12 noon to 4 p.m.) and, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., a sauna area with steam bath, Finnish sauna, aromatic showers and relaxation room.
SERVICES
The campground provides numerous services designed for the comfort of guests. The Badl Café, with its sun terrace, è the perfect place to enjoy a South Tyrolean snack, strudel or ice cream while relaxing in the sun. A 24-hour common room offers spectacular panoramic mountain views and is equipped with breakfast tables, board games, TV, books and table soccer. Little ones can enjoy the playground, located under the fruit trees, with a slide, nesting swing, trampoline, sandbox, tractor-trailers and toy cars. For older children, a ping-pong table completes the recreation area.
Guests also receive the VenostaCard, which allows free use of public transportation throughout South Tyrol, making it easier to explore the surroundings in a sustainable way.

Camping Badlerhof is a perfect starting point for high-altitude walks, hikes through forests and alpine pastures, or bike rides along the Adige River.
