LOCATION
Camping Cala Ginepro is located in the municipality of Orosei, in the Baronie region, on the slopes of Mount Tuttavista, nestled in the Mediterranean scrub of the Gulf of Orosei. The campground overlooks the sea directly and features three exits leading to two white-sand beaches and a picturesque pink granite cliff. Nearby are the historic center of Orosei, the Biderosa Oasis, Cala Ginepro, Sa Mattanosa, and the numerous beaches and coves of the Gulf of Orosei.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The campground features over 550 campsites and mobile homes nestled in the pine forest, suitable for tents, air camping, caravans, RVs, vans, and campervans. The campsites, which are mostly shaded and numbered but not marked off, have free electrical hookups via multiple outlets compliant with EEC standards up to 5 A/16 A, with limited availability; drinking water fountains are located along the paths.

Mobile homes are available in the following types: Basic, Economy, Comfort, and Superior Bungalows. The Basic, Economy, and Comfort models sleep 4, while the Superior model sleeps 5. With the exception of the Basic model, which does not have running water or air conditioning, the other types include a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink; air conditioning; a fully equipped kitchen; a TV; and an outdoor veranda. All mobile homes include a weekly change of linens. For guests staying in the bungalows, a beach umbrella and two beach chairs are also included at Cala Ginepro Beach.

FACILITIES
Camping Cala Ginepro offers hot showers, baby changing stations, barbecue facilities, Wi-Fi in the bar area, a reception desk, and drinking water stations. Canoe, kayak, and mountain bike rentals for adults and children are also available, as is use of the sports field, in addition to the option to organize excursions on request through a network of professional local guides.

On the premises, you’ll find a bar and ice cream shop, a restaurant and pizzeria, a market, a newsstand and tobacco shop with a general store, a sports equipment rental area, a playground, restrooms, and a recycling service. The bar also offers homemade gelato, while the restaurant and pizzeria serve specialties from both land and sea. The market also sells propane. There is also a lifeguard service.

ACTIVITIES AND ENTERTAINMENT
The campground provides easy access to the beach via walkways, which are also suitable for strollers and small carts. The beaches of Cala Ginepro and Sa Mattanosa feature fine white sand, crystal-clear waters, and gently sloping seabeds, while the cliffs offer scenic views and moments of tranquility.

During the summer, the entertainment program is in operation, with activities for children, teens, and families. Guests can also enjoy sports activities by renting kayaks and mountain bikes or participating in organized excursions. In the surrounding area, the region offers the opportunity to discover theBiderosa Nature Reserve, the beaches of the Gulf of Orosei, and the charming town of Orosei, as well as the many towns along Sardinia’s eastern coast.
