Location
The Campeggio Villaggio Sos Flores is located in Tortolì, in the heart of theOgliastra, right on San Gemiliano Beach, known for its crystal-clear waters. The beach, set back from public access points, is described as convenient and uncrowded even during peak season. Nearby are Tortolì and Arbatax, while Ogliastra offers numerous beaches and beautiful inland landscapes to explore.

Accommodations
The campground offers camping sites, Standard Bungalows, Standard Mobile Homes, Villas, Cocò Lodge Tents, and Villa Silvana. The camping sites are spacious, surrounded by nature, and equipped with 220 V CEI electrical outlets with 4, 6, or 10 amperes; nearby are restrooms with free hot showers and other campground amenities, as well as a RV service area and drinking water refill station.

The Standard Bungalows, located about 200 meters from the sea, accommodate up to five people and feature two bedrooms, a private bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchenette; some units have an outdoor veranda. The Standard Mobile Homes, for four people, include a double bedroom, a small bedroom with twin beds, air conditioning, a living room with a kitchenette, a private bathroom with a hot shower, and a veranda with a table and chairs.

The Villas, located in the quietest area of the campground about 300 meters from the beach, can accommodate up to six adults and feature two or three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom with a hot shower, and a veranda with a table, chairs, and lounge chairs. The Lodge Tent Cocò, for up to three people, offers a private bathroom and a kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, wall cabinets, and basic kitchen utensils.

Villa Silvana, a recently renovated standalone property, features 12 rooms with private bathrooms, hairdryers, TVs, air conditioning, mini-fridges, and clotheslines. There are also two swimming pools with lounge chairs and umbrellas and a breakfast room.

Amenities
Guests have access to a restaurant, a pizzeria, two bars, a convenience store, restrooms with free hot showers, a self-service laundry, free Wi-Fi in common areas, and free parking. The restaurant serves wood-fired pizza and traditional Ogliastra cuisine, while the Central Bar offers breakfast, coffee, and aperitifs, and the Risto Bar by the Sea is the perfect spot for a break or a quick lunch.

The Mini Market offers daily necessities, camping gear, and beach toys. The laundry room features 6- and 10-kg washing machines, a detergent dispenser, and dryers. For pets, there is a new, free dog area with dispensers for picking up waste. The property also features an indoor gym with modern equipment and offers rental of city bikes, children’s mountain bikes, and e-bikes.

Activities and Entertainment
Entertainment includes a Mini Club, recreational activities, and dance lessons. At the theater, located right on the beach, there are theme nights, cabaret, talent shows, and movie screenings. Sports offerings include soccer, tennis, table tennis, beach volleyball, beach soccer, fitness classes, and tournaments.

The Front Desk also organizes excursions in Ogliastra in collaboration with its partners, allowing guests to discover the beaches and the beauty of the inland areas. Guests can also reach the Agriturismo Su Canonigu via the rural trail and enjoy its swimming pool with whirlpool and restaurant serving traditional Ogliastra cuisine.
