LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
The Villenpark Sanghen is located on Lake Garda, surrounded by olive trees, a beach, and direct access to the lake. The property is designed for families, couples, and groups of friends, offering a vacation filled with relaxation, nature, and outdoor activities. The surrounding area offers numerous hiking opportunities, from the Alto Garda Bresciano Park to the Mincio Park, from Mount Baldo to Tremalzo. The Valtenesi is also ideal for cycling routes through villages, castles, olive groves, and vineyards.

ACCOMMODATIONS AND CAMPSITES
The village offers two-, three-, and four-room apartments, as well as 75 shaded campsites on grassy grounds, bordered by trees and hedges and equipped with electricity and separate parking. There are also Luxury Lodge tents, spread over two floors, with bedrooms, a private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Accommodations include Cottages, two-room villas, Mimosa, and Voliera, which can accommodate up to 4 people and feature a living room with kitchenette, a sleeper sofa, a double bedroom, a bathroom, satellite TV, a safe, air conditioning, a furnished outdoor area, and a parking space. The two-room villas feature a terrace, while Mimosa and Voliera have a veranda and garden.

Camping sites range up to 60 square meters and offer electricity, Wi-Fi, access to the pools and beach, a tennis court, a fitness area, and a private bathroom available by reservation. Dogs are allowed upon request.

Lake Garda offers numerous opportunities for sports enthusiasts. On the water, you can enjoy sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, kitesurfing, wakeboarding, and jet skiing; there are also sailing schools and boat rentals available in the area.

For cycling enthusiasts, the area offers over 1,000 km of trails, with routes for road bikes, mountain bikes, and e-bikes, including the Valtenesi and the Garda by Bike route. There are also mountain bike trails and races.

The area is also ideal for hiking, rock climbing, and bouldering, with internationally renowned cliffs and climbing gyms. The Rock Master takes place in Arco, while the surrounding area offers numerous nature trails and scenic routes.
