POSITION
The Camping Villaggio Roma is located in a truly privileged position, directly overlooking the sea of the Riviera di Ponente, facing the splendid Gallinara Island, and only a ten-minute walk from the historic center of Albenga, with its iconic medieval towers and picturesque “caruggi”. A’peaceful oasis surrounded by green Mediterranean scrub, with pine, olive and broom trees framing a breathtaking landscape. In addition to the beauty of the place, the facility stands out for the convenience of being close to some of the most beloved destinations in Liguria: Alassio, with its clubs and lively beaches, Genoa and its famous aquarium, but also the French Riviera and the hinterland rich in villages and nature.

SETTINGS
The campground offers different housing solutions surrounded by greenery and designed to offer comfort and relaxation. The Mobilhomes, ideal for those seeking the freedom of the open-air vacation without sacrificing comfort, are air-conditioned and equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette, private bathroom with shower, outdoor veranda for dining and relaxing moments, and parking space. Pets are not allowed. Bungalows and Chalets, available from 2 to 4 beds, are well-kept and functional accommodations, also equipped with air conditioning, private bathroom with shower, full kitchen, veranda and reserved parking space. Here, too, access to the private beach è included and pets are not allowed.

For lovers of traditional camping, the facility has 84 tree-shaded pitches, all with water and electricity hookups and drainage facilities. Communal toilets are modern and heated, with hot water, coin-operated hot showers and free cold showers. Also present are sinks for dishes and linens, emptying area for campers, and bathroom facilities for the disabled. A laundry room with coin-operated washer and dryer completes the offer.

SERVICES
The Roma Village offers a’wide range of services designed to make your vacation comfortable and relaxing. Among them, the bar è the ideal meeting point for a breakfast overlooking the sea or an aperitif at sunset. The restaurant-pizzeria offers traditional Ligurian dishes and tasty wood-fired pizzas. The indoor minimarket allows you to buy groceries and essentials without having to leave the campsite. For the little ones there is a play area equipped with slides, swings and playhouses, a space designed for safe fun. In addition, è a bicycle rental service is available, as well as private secure parking and direct access to a private beach, perfect for relaxing within walking distance of your accommodation.

The proximity to Albenga and Alassio allows for numerous sports such as sailing, golf (with an 18-hole course in Garlenda), horseback riding, paragliding, diving, water skiing and even parachuting with the Villanova d’Albenga aeroclub. One of the most exciting events for those staying here è whale watching: the Ligurian Sea è part of an’area where you can spot minke whales and other cetaceans.
