LOCATION
Located on the Mediterranean coast in Marseillan-Plage, the campground is close to the town center and local amenities. Marseillan-Ville is about 8 km away.

BEACH AND SEA
The sandy beach is accessible directly from the campground, without having to cross any roads. The coastline offers beaches for swimming and water sports.

PITCHES
Shaded pitches are available for tents, trailers, and RVs, generally measuring 70–90 m² and bordered by hedges. There are also dedicated 50 m² sites for motorhomes, equipped with electricity and water.

BUNGALOWS AND MOBILE HOMES
The campground offers air-conditioned mobile homes for 2 to 6 people, with one, two, or three bedrooms, as well as Coco Sweet accommodations and a retro trailer. The accommodations feature a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and covered terrace.

DINING AND SERVICES
La Kaz is a beach bar with a shaded terrace overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy snacks, salads, crêpes, ice cream, and drinks. Free Wi-Fi for one device, laundry facilities, a RV service area, and bike rentals are available. The campground does not have a swimming pool.

SPORTS AND LEISURE
The campground features a children’s playground with swings and slides, a bocce court, and ping-pong tables. In the summer, activities and entertainment are offered for adults and children. In the surrounding area, you can enjoy water sports and go for walks or bike rides.

PETS
Pets are allowed, up to a maximum of two per campsite or mobile home. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed; all other dogs must be kept on a leash and have an up-to-date vaccination record.

THINGS TO DISCOVER IN THE AREA
Nearby, you can visit Marseillan-Ville, the &Étang de Thau, and the Canal du Midi, or head to Agde, Cap d’Agde, and Sète. The area also offers markets, seaside walks, and bike trails.
