LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY
The LE CHASSIRON*** campsite is located in the northern part of the island of Oléron, within the municipality of Saint-Denis d'Oléron, in a natural setting classified as a National Natural Heritage site. The property is nestled in a preserved environment, between ocean, cliffs, and natural vegetation, a short distance from the famous Chassiron lighthouse, a symbolic point of the island's wild coast. Just 200 meters away, you can reach the ocean and the cliffs overlooking the Atlantic, while nearby there are cycle paths, walking trails, and ideal spots for observing wildlife, especially migratory birds. The campsite is a prime base for exploring the island's typical villages, fishing ports, sandy beaches, vineyards, forests, oyster marshes, and the historical heritage of Saint-Denis d'Oléron, including the lighthouse, 10th-century church, and the traditional architecture of the old town.

ACCOMMODATION AND LODGINGS
The site has approximately 40 pitches spread over over a hectare, surrounded by greenery and well-shaded, designed for tents, caravans, and campers. All pitches include electricity. Among the rental accommodations, the campsite offers exclusively unusual, handcrafted accommodations: Tiny Houses and caravans, designed to offer essential comfort and a warm, natural atmosphere, without the use of standard mobile homes. All accommodations feature beds with blankets and pillows, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor terrace with a sun lounger, a charcoal barbecue, and bathroom facilities, which can be private outdoors or integrated into the unit with a shower, sink, and toilet. The pitches are located between the Tiny Houses and the caravans, maintaining a harmonious layout that blends in with the surrounding environment.

CAMPSITE SERVICES
Inside the campsite, there is a small reception with a mini-grocery offering basic necessities and local specialties. Weber charcoal barbecues are available for rental. The property offers a 24-hour laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a free outdoor Wi-Fi area located near the reception. Accessories such as baby kits, irons, hairdryers, board games, and books are available upon request. The campsite also offers a secure storage service for valuables. An organic permaculture garden completes the offerings, in line with the eco-responsible commitment of the facility, which is certified Charte Nature ++, Refuge LPO, and committed to corporate social responsibility.

ACTIVITIES AND ENTERTAINMENT
LE CHASSIRON*** offers an experience geared towards calm and well-being, deliberately excluding noisy entertainment. Guests can participate in yoga sessions, wellness practices, and massages, or simply enjoy moments of relaxation in contact with nature. The campsite's location allows for walking or cycling along coastal paths and cycle paths. Nearby, you can go shore fishing on the rocky outcrop, watch sunsets over the ocean with a view of the lighthouse, and discover the local biodiversity. The Chassiron area is recognized as a major surfing spot, while other areas of the island offer opportunities for water sports such as kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding. The campsite is also a prime spot for observing migratory birds and discovering the traditions, markets, and cultural heritage of the island of Oléron.
