LOCATION
Huttopia Pays de Condrieu is located in Tupin-et-Semons, in the Rhône Valley, 45 minutes from Lyon. The resort spans 19 hectares at the gateway to the Pilat Regional Nature Park, with views of the Lyonnais Mountains, the Alps, the Vercors, and the Rhône Valley.

SWIMMING AND RELAXATION
The swimming area includes an outdoor pool and a heated indoor pool. There is also a Forest Spa featuring two glass-enclosed saunas, a Finnish hydrotherapy bath, loungers in the shade of cherry trees, and a massage tent. Access to the spa is reserved for guests over the age of 10.

CAMPING SITES
The campground has 81 camping sites—including some in a completely pedestrian-only area—for tents, caravans, vans, and RVs. The Confort Plus sites can accommodate up to 6 people and are equipped with electricity and a picnic table. Modern restrooms are available, including one accessible to people with limited mobility, as well as a camper service area and rentals of refrigerators and barbecues.

BUNGALOWS AND MOBILE HOMES
Cahuttes, Toronto chalets, wooden Cabanes, Trappeur tents, and Canadienne Cosy tents are available, as well as an Ontario chalet accessible to people with limited mobility. The accommodations sleep 5 to 6 people and may include a bathroom, kitchenette, terrace, griddle, fan, electric heating, and wood-burning stove. Some accommodations feature two bedrooms and a loft.

DINING AND SERVICES
The property features a Café-Comptoir, a bar, breakfast service, a small grocery store, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a baby kit with a crib and high chair, available free of charge outside of July and August. Electric and longtail bike rentals are also available.

SPORTS AND RECREATION
Facilities include a bocce court, soccer field, table tennis, badminton, foosball, cornhole, and a playground. In the summer, the “Petits Trappeurs” program engages children ages 5 to 12 with treasure hunts, hut-building, and Land Art activities. Rounding out the offerings are Hutto’Quest, orienteering, wine tastings, botanical walks, pottery workshops, and evenings featuring music, shows, movies under the stars, and games.

PETS
One pet is allowed per campsite or accommodation, with a daily surcharge. Pets must be vaccinated, kept on a leash, and owners must clean up after them. Category 1 and 2 dogs and aggressive animals are not permitted.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS
The vineyards of Condrieu, Côte-Rôtie, and Saint-Joseph are close to the property and offer winery tours and tastings. The Pilat Regional Nature Park features hiking and biking trails, while the ViaRhôna follows the course of the Rhône River. Also worth visiting is Vienne, with its ancient theater, Saint-Maurice Cathedral, the Temple of Augustus and Livia, and the Gallo-Roman museum in Saint-Romain-en-Gal. Twelve kilometers away, the Condrieu recreation center features a beach with supervised swimming and water activities.
