Welcome to the campers’ favorite campsite! For several years in a row Camp Slatina has been named one of the best campsites for a Croatian camping holiday by the Croatian Camping Union. Start your holiday in the Mediterranean harmony of the Island of Cres, which shares the title of the largest Croatian island in the Adriatic with Krk.

The area where the camp's pitches are located descends towards the sea, so all our guests can enjoy the sea view. There are three types of pitches here: Premium, Comfort and Standard. If camping in a mobile home is something you would like to try, then a range of mobile homes are also available to rent.

In 2008 the campsite won the ADAC Yellow Board award for its innovative project “Camping cum cane”. The goal of the project “Camping cum cane” was to create a harmonious co-existence of our canine guests and their owners and other guests staying in the camp. The campsite has dog-friendly beaches and dog showers, as well as warning signs indispensable for such a project.

There are two gorgeous pebble peaches in the campsite, Tiha and Slatina. Slatina beach flies the Blue flag, awarded to beaches that meet strict criteria of this international eco-award. Besides these two pebble beaches, there are numerous smaller pebble and rocky beaches with paved areas for sunbathing in the camp.

Camp Slatina is located on the west coast of the island of Cres, in the village of Martinščica not far from the historic town of Cres. Cres is a town of rich history reflected in numerous cultural facilities. It is located in a bay within a bay – a so-called mandrač.
Plenty of options are available beside the camping accommodation services. You can enjoy the island’s gourmet specialties in our camp restaurants while having a drink and exploring the landmarks of the islands of Cres and Lošinj on the internet, at the same time enjoying a wonderful sunset.

The grocery store within the camp offers fresh fruits and vegetables and other groceries you may need.

Martinščica, where the camp is located, is a small fishermen’s village with a few restaurants, pastry shops and bars, where they have entertainment events in summertime.

30 km from the camp, the town of Cres is a historic town with many cultural and entertainment options. It has several museums and other interesting places to visit, such as the town tower, Franciscan monastery and town church. In summer months, many entertainment events are held in Cres, the most interesting one surely being the summer carnival in July.

On the island of Cres it is worth visiting the numerous historic sites, such as Osor, Lubenice and Valun with its historical narratives.
Camping Slatina is situated on the coast of the crystal clear Adriatic Sea and it is possible to swim along the coast, but the real pleasure is visiting the two beautiful sandy beaches, Tiha and Slatina. Slatina Beach is the holder of the international Blue Flag, an award presented ecologically managed beaches. Along the beaches, and in accordance with the "Camping Cum Cane" project (Camping with Dogs) the camp includes separate beaches for pet dogs.
