LOCATION
The campground is located about 1.8 km from the center of Vrsar, in a coastal area surrounded by nature. The marina and the bus station are about 1 km away; the campground is also a starting point for cycling routes and hikes in Istria. 

BEACH AND SEA
The natural beach, over 1 km long and shaded by pine trees, features a mix of gravel, rocks, and terraces. It is also suitable for children and features showers, a sunbathing area, and a designated dog-friendly zone. Guests can also use the beach at the nearby Petalon resort. 

POOLS AND RELAXATION
Guests have access to the Petalon resort’s outdoor pool and the children’s pool, both of which are freshwater. For a moment of wellness with greater privacy, the campground offers Family Wellness suites with various amenities, including a sauna, hot tub, and relaxation area. 

CAMPING SITES
Camping sites for tents, trailers, and RVs are available in various types, both in the shaded interior area and near or facing the sea. They are equipped with electrical hookups; some categories also include water and sewer hookups. 

BUNGALOWS AND MOBILE HOMES
The mobile homes, located near the beach, feature two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private terrace. Some units offer spacious covered terraces and access to a shared barbecue area. 

DINING AND SERVICES
Dining options include a pizzeria, buffet restaurant, bar, beer garden, and ice cream shop, serving Mediterranean and Istrian dishes. The Fresh Corner is open year-round. Also available are a supermarket, bakery, fruit and vegetable stand, free Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, an ATM, a playground, a tourist train to Vrsar, and car rentals. 

SPORTS AND LEISURE
The campground offers outdoor fitness facilities, sports fields, a certified diving center with a diving school, and water activities. For children and teens, there are play areas, an inflatable water park, games, the MaiSky Kids Club, and dedicated entertainment. 

PETS
Pets are allowed on all campsites and in all mobile homes. A dog-friendly beach, dog beds, and bowls in the accommodations are available, as well as on-call veterinary services. Dogs are also welcome at the Fresh Corner Porto Sole, the bar near the beach. 

THINGS TO DISCOVER IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
From the campground, you can easily reach Vrsar, an ancient fishing village overlooking the sea. The surrounding area offers bike paths, hiking trails, and itineraries to explore Istria, its wine routes, and local specialties, such as truffles.
