Villagio del Sole is situated in the rolling hills of Ventimiglia, famous for their spectacular weather year-round. Our location is ideal for visiting all of the area''s sites, including the exquisite Mentone (7 km), exciting Montecarlo (15 km), famous Sanremo (15 km), Dolceacqua (6 km) and for marine lovers, nearby Genoa offers Italy''s largest acquarium. The downtown, beaches, stores, supermarkets and weekly market (held every Friday, a real tourist attraction) are just minutes away.
We offer our guests bright, spacious studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments housing up to six people. We have two different types of lodging, depending on the number of guests: our mini-villas, immersed in the pine forests, are independent buildings and can house two, four or six people. They are tastefully furnished and each has a fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a living room, a bathroom, and either a balcony or terrace in where you can dine in the open air.

Extra costs for services/accessories

(the optional services listed below must be requested at the time of reservation by checking the corresponding circle):

o Full Service Package (optional) 30,00 Euros per person per week: Color TV, CD Radio, hair dryer, 4 bonus for use of washing machines, iron and ironing board, bed and bath linens, sun umbrella, final cleaning of the apartment and kitchenette, private parking space, use of the internet for one hour per day.

o Heat(optional) From September to May, the cost of heat is not included in the price and costs 7,80 Euros for five hours of heat per day. Every extra hour of heat will be calculated separately.

o Linens (optional): bed and bath linens are rentable at the cost of 12,00 Euros per person per weekly change.

o Extra bed (optional): Euro 15% of the price for those older than 2 years. Child’s bed for children under 2 years old= 25,00 Euro per week.

o Final Cleaning (obligatory): is not included in the price and costs 30,00 Euros. The cleaning of the kitchenette is the responsibility of the client. If the kitchenette needs to be cleaned by the staff, a 30,00 Euro charge will be deducted from the security deposit. Animals are not allowed.

Payment: Upon arrival, between the hours of 16:00 and 20:00, guests must pay the balance of their bill for their entire anticipated stay in cash (checks and other types of payment will not be accepted) and put down a security deposit of €150,00 that will be refunded when the keys to the apartment are returned and a final inspection of the apartment is complete.

Departure: The day of departure, the units must be vacated between 08.00 and 10.00. If guests leave outside this time frame, the security deposit will be returned by mail and there will be a 20,00 Euro surcharge.

Changes to Reservations: After reservations have been confirmed, changes will only be accepted when in writing.

Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded as follows: more than 45 days before arrival: 100% - more 30 days before arrival: 50% - less than 30 days before arrival, none of the deposit will be refunded.

Caution money: 150,00 Euro to deposit when you arrive.

ARRIVE SATURDAY FROM 4 O'' CLOCK TO 7 O'' CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON, LEAVING SATURDAY 10 O'' CLOCK IN THE MORNING.
